By accessing or using the Rapoes mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Service
Rapoes is a platform for reporting driving incidents. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from using the service to:
- Submit False Reports: You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or malicious reports about any vehicle or driver.
- Harass or Defame: You must not use the platform to harass, stalk, defame, or threaten any individual.
- Violate Privacy: You must not use the service to collect personal information about others for any purpose other than legitimate incident reporting.
- Illegal Activity: You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. While our AI transcription service assists in capturing details, you must verify the information before submission. We are not liable for errors in transcription or reporting.
5. Suspension and Termination
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse of our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, specifically including but not limited to:
- Submitting false or malicious reports.
- Abusing the reporting system.
- Violating the privacy rights of others.
Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing the service through other means.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rapoes, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
